What is covered:

• Seam Tears or Rips: Should your bedding experience any tearing or ripping along seams, it will be eligible for repair or replacement under the Extended Warranty. 
• Filling Clumping or Shifting: If the filling in your comforter or pillows clumps or shifts excessively, making them uncomfortable to use, it will be covered under the warranty.
• Zipper Malfunction: In the case of a malfunctioning zipper on duvet covers or pillowcases, you can rest assured knowing it will be repaired or replaced under the Extended Warranty.
• Stitching Issues: Any stitching problems such as loose threads or unraveling seams will be addressed under the warranty.
• Pilling or Fading: Excessive pilling or fading of the fabric beyond normal wear and tear will be covered, ensuring your bedding maintains its quality over time.

What Is Not Covered:

• Any Stains: Stains caused by spills or other mishaps that affect the color of the bedding are not covered under the Extended Warranty.
• Cosmetic Problems: Minor cosmetic issues such as wrinkles or minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the bedding are not covered.
• Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration of the bedding due to regular use and washing, which is considered normal wear and tear, is not covered. 

Extended Warranty Policy Terms and Conditions

• Coverage Period: The Extended Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase and extends for a period of two (2) years thereafter.
• Eligibility: The Extended Warranty is applicable only to bedding products purchased directly from our authorized retailers or our official website.
• Covered Items: The Extended Warranty covers seam tears or rips, filling clumping or shifting, zipper malfunction, stitching issues, pilling or fading beyond normal wear and tear, and loss of elasticity in fitted sheets or mattress protectors.
• Exclusions: The Extended Warranty does not cover color stains, cosmetic problems, and normal wear and tear resulting from regular use and washing.
• Claims Process: In the event of a covered issue, the customer must contact our customer service team within the warranty period to initiate a warranty claim. Proof of purchase may be required to validate the claim.
• Resolution: Upon verification of the warranty claim, we reserve the right to repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. If the exact product is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement.
• Shipping Costs: Any shipping costs associated with returning the product for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. However, if a replacement product is issued under warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to the customer within the contiguous United States. Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries outside this area.
• Voiding Warranty: The Extended Warranty will be void if the product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
• Transferability: The Extended Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
• Limitation of Liability: Our liability under the Extended Warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
• Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Extended Warranty terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
• Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the customer resides.
• Non-Refundable: The purchase of the Extended Warranty is non-refundable once the coverage period has commenced.
