As a small, independently run business, each gifted item and paid partnership is a genuine investment. Our products are handcrafted by artisans with care and detail, often by women-led, family-run workshops. These pieces take time, effort, and skill — not just a swipe of a credit card.
We’re grateful to collaborate with many thoughtful, dedicated creators who go above and beyond to share our mission. However, in rare but significant cases, deliverables are not fulfilled after product shipment and agreement confirmation — even after multiple follow-ups.
We’ve created this Creator Accountability List to:
