- Run the store: process orders and payments, ship products, handle returns and exchanges, and manage your account.
- Customer service: answer questions by email or chat and resolve problems with orders.
- Marketing: send emails and, if you opt in, text messages about products and offers; run loyalty, referral and review programs.
- Advertising: with your consent where required, show you our ads on other sites and apps and measure how well those ads work.
- Analytics and improvement: understand how the Site is used, fix errors and improve products and pages.
- Security and fraud prevention: protect the Site, our customers and our business, and detect fraudulent orders.
- Legal compliance: keep tax and accounting records, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you through automated processing.
4. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, scripts and server-to-server connections to run the Site, understand how it is used and advertise to you. When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept, reject or choose categories. Non-essential technologies do not run until you make a choice that allows them, where the law requires consent. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the Site footer.

Server-side advertising connections. When you place an order, and where you have allowed advertising, we may send order details and a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address or phone number to Meta, Google and Pinterest through their server connections. These platforms use this to match the order to an ad you saw and to measure results. We apply your cookie choice to these connections as well.
Embedded content. Where possible, we load fonts from Shopify's servers and load videos or maps only after you choose to play or open them.
We do not use session-recording tools that record your mouse movements or keystrokes on the Site.
5. Chat, email and text messages
Chat. Our customer chat is provided by Chatty, a third-party service. Messages you send in chat, along with your name, email and the page you are on, are stored by Chatty on our behalf and read by our customer service team. We keep chat transcripts for up to 12 months. Please do not share payment card numbers or other sensitive information in chat.
Email. If you subscribe or buy from us, we may send marketing emails through Klaviyo. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we process unsubscribes promptly. We will still send order and account emails, such as receipts and shipping updates.
Text messages. If you opt in, we send recurring automated marketing text messages through Klaviyo to the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. We keep a record of your consent. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described below.
- Service providers that run the store for us under contract, including Shopify (hosting and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers, Klaviyo (email and text messages), Chatty (chat), Judge.me (reviews), Rivo (rewards), Rebuy and Wishlist Plus (recommendations and wishlists), and IT and customer-service tools.
- Advertising and analytics partners: Google, Meta and Pinterest, as described in Section 4, only where you have allowed advertising or analytics technologies. These partners may also use the information under their own privacy policies. Under some U.S. state laws, this kind of sharing for ads can be called a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out as described in Section 7.
- Affiliates and referral partners through UpPromote: when you arrive through a partner's link, the partner learns that a referred sale happened so they can be paid. We do not give partners your contact details.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, customers or others from fraud or harm.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, sale of assets or similar transaction, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent or at your direction, such as when you post a public review.
7. Your privacy choices
- Cookie Settings: accept, reject or change categories at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
- Opt out of targeted advertising: use the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer. This turns off advertising technologies for your browser. You must repeat it on each browser and device you use.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser.
- Do Not Track: browsers' Do Not Track signals are not a common standard, so we do not respond to them. We do honor GPC.
- Email and text messages: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text message.
- Platform settings: you can also manage ad preferences in your Google, Meta and Pinterest account settings, and through Google's ad settings, the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.
8. Your rights (United States)
Several U.S. states give residents privacy rights. We offer the rights below to all U.S. residents, whether or not a state law requires it for a business of our size.
- Access: ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate information.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law (such as tax records for orders).
- Opt out of targeted advertising and any "sale" or "sharing": use Your Privacy Choices or GPC (Section 7), or email us.
- No discrimination: we will not deny you goods, charge you a different price or give you a lower level of service for using these rights. Our Rivo rewards program is optional, and you can leave it at any time.
How to make a request. Email info@everlastingfabric.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you are asking for. We will confirm your identity by matching the email address and order details we have on file. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your signed permission; we may ask you to confirm your identity directly. We respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need up to 45 more days.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within 60 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
