  • To a Campus Mail Center: Confirm with your school if they can accept packages on your behalf.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll get a tracking number once it ships. Use our tracking link in your confirmation email to follow the package. For pre-orders, we’ll send tracking as soon as your bundle ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-Day Return Window for unopened items and easy exchanges for size or style swaps. Just contact us with your order number to get started.

Gifting or Moving in With a Friend?

Add a gift note or label in the cart if you're ordering for someone else. We'll make sure it arrives clearly labeled for move-in day.

What if my dorm doesn’t accept packages before move-in?

Choose a nearby pickup point or ship to your family/friend. We recommend checking school policies in advance.

Can I pre-order now and ship later?

Yes! Select our Dorm Move-In Pre-Order at checkout in July and we’ll ship it early August—timed just right.

What if my room assignment changes?

Email us at least 3 days before your order ships and we’ll update your address.
