How It Works:
Pass along your Ever Lasting sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, or bedding sets through approved donation or textile reuse pathways.

What to Share
Provide a photo of your donation receipt, a clear photo of the donated Ever Lasting item, and your original order number.

The Result
After verification, a thank you credit will be applied directly to your account.
$15 Credit for pillowcases, duvet covers, or individual sheets.
$30 Credit for full bedding sets.
Important Notes
This initiative is exclusively available to active EverHome Plus and EverCare members. Only Ever Lasting brand items are eligible for participation.
We believe in closing the loop with care; therefore, items may be donated regardless of their current condition.
Depending on the material and quality of the donated piece, items may be reused, recycled, or responsibly processed through our approved textile reuse pathways.
The credit is offered as a gesture of appreciation for extending the life of your pieces, not as a product buy-back. These credits may be subject to annual limits, expiration periods, and seasonal availability.
Closing the loop with care ensures that what has supported your home today can continue its story elsewhere tomorrow.

Consult with an Expert Friend. Enjoy a focused 15-minute virtual session designed to eliminate 'styling anxiety' and help you coordinate your space with confidence.

- Step 1: Preparation. Complete your intake form and upload mandatory photos of your space.
- Step 2: Education. Join your 1:1 session for 5 minutes of general design principles tailored to your room.
- Step 3: Solution. Discover specific product pairings that solve your unique design challenges.
- Step 4: The Follow-up. Receive your Personalized Shopping List & Color Palette via email within 24 hours.
To ensure your session is effective, we require a mandatory photo upload of the specific room or nook you'd like to discuss. Please also share any style references (Pinterest or Instagram) so your stylist can arrive fully prepared.
This session is for design and styling guidance only. It is human-reviewed and personal. Please note it does not cover order-related support (shipping, returns, or exchange status), which is handled by our Customer Care team.
