How the Internship Program Works
A growth journey designed to build real skills - and recognize real commitment.
Our internship isn’t just about checking boxes. It’s a thoughtfully structured program that combines mentorship, accountability, and room for you to shine. Each phase builds on the last, with clear check-ins and opportunities to level up.

1. Kickoff Phase: Evaluation & Fit Check (Weeks 1–2)
Your first two weeks are part of our Kickoff Evaluation Period.
This is where we assess alignment - based on communication, responsiveness, and early task performance.
You'll experience:
- A warm team welcome & onboarding session
- Brand overview, tools setup, and expectations
- Your first self-guided assignments and blog task
- Workshop sessions & team culture immersion
Decision point: This phase ends with a fit evaluation. Not everyone continues—but those who do move forward with a personalized onboarding plan.

2. Onboarding & Probation Phase (Months 1–3)
The next 10–11 weeks are your probation period, where we observe your consistency, growth mindset, and ability to contribute meaningfully.
You’ll get:
- Clear campaign assignments
- Regular feedback from mentors or team leads
- Campaign support opportunities
- Monthly reviews to track development
At Month 3, you’ll complete a Mini Project Evaluation to assess your performance. Based on your progress, you may be endorsed to continue into the next phase.

3. Advanced Phase: Growth & Leadership (Month 4+)
Interns who successfully pass the 3-month checkpoint enter the Advanced Phase—where you can step into more ownership, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.
What this phase looks like:
- Deeper involvement in campaign strategy or special projects
- Mentorship from senior members or stakeholders
- Leadership development workshops
- Increased access to performance-based perks
- Consideration for intern team lead roles or cross-functional projects
This is where your contributions start to truly scale—and we begin evaluating long-term fit.

4. Wrap-Up: Performance Review & Post-Internship Pathways
Your journey concludes with a full-circle reflection and, for high-performers, new doors opening.
This final phase includes:
- Final performance evaluations
- Option to present your work or lead a mini showcase
- Post-internship opportunities:
- Letters of Recommendation
- Paid project or full time roles
- Invitations for return offers, referrals, or continued creative collaboration
We invest deeply in those who invest in the work. For many of our past interns, this has been the stepping stone to paid roles, freelance partnerships, or creative leadership paths.
