At Ever Lasting, we offer a 7-day return policy to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you don't absolutely love what you received, you can initiate a return for items that meet our return criteria. As a small-batch brand committed to mindful production, we kindly ask for your understanding of the verification steps and conditions outlined below. Our goal is to make this process as clear, fair, and respectful as possible for you.
Our Simple Return Process

Start A Return
Firstly, please verify if your item qualifies for a return here. Once confirmed, simply email us at info@everlastingfabric.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description, clear photos and short video of the item (if damaged) and its packaging.
Tip: To confirm your eligibility, please check your original tracking number to find the exact delivery date.
Please note: Unless the Free Return & Exchange Upgrade was purchased at checkout, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Get Approval
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you an RMA number. If you PURCHASED the Free Return & Exchange Upgrade, we will also provide a prepaid return slip. Simply print it out and include it inside your return package.
If you didn't PURCHASE the upgrade, no stress! You can still return your items through your preferred shipping carrier by purchasing a return label.
Provide Verification
To review your request, you must provide the following:
- Photos of the item(s) received
- Photos of the item(s) on a scale showing the weight
- Photos of the original packaging with the shipping label clearly visible
- A short video of the item and packaging
These materials help confirm the condition of the product and ensure accurate processing of your return.

Ship It Back!
Use a trackable shipping method to send the item back to us. Please ensure your return is shipped within the 14-day return shipping window, otherwise, it may be rejected or delayed.
Once sent, please email us your tracking number so our team can monitor the package and process your return more quickly once it arrives.
Note: If we are not notified with a tracking number, the return may take up to 5 additional business days to process after delivery.

Inspection
Once the returned item arrives, our fulfillment team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions before proceeding with your refund or store credit.
This process may take up to 5-10 business days.

Refund Processing
After inspection is completed, you can choose from two refund options:
Fast 100% Refund: Receive your full refund as store credit, so you can easily choose another item you’ll love or that suits you better, no deductions applied.
Original Payment Method: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a restocking fee will apply. As a small, mindful brand, this fee allows us to provide a fair wage and support to every team member who helped with your order; from materials and packaging to handling and shipping support. This helps us continue operating sustainably and reduce unnecessary waste.
Additionally, these refunds take a few business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Policy Details
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
- Return is initiated within 7 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s timestamp)
- Return is shipped with tracking and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days
- You must email us the tracking number once the item is shipped — this is essential for processing
- Item must be in original, unused condition, including:
- Unwashed, unworn, and undamaged
- Still in original folded shape
- Includes all original packaging (fabric bag, product tags, and inserts)
- Free from odors, pet hair, or stains
- Not stretched, wrinkled, or altered in any way
Note: Items that have been unfolded, washed, used, or returned without packaging (e.g., the original fabric bag) will be considered used and are not eligible for return.
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Final Sale Items: Any product marked as final sale or purchased during non-returnable promotions
- Furniture: Non-returnable due to size and nature unless damaged upon arrival (report within 7 days with photos)
- Specialty Loungewear: Cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. If defective, contact us within 7 days with photos
Once we receive and inspect your return, you may choose between:
- A full refund via store credit
- A partial refund to your original payment method, minus a 30% restocking fee
This fee helps cover materials, shipping subsidies, labor, and packaging — costs we absorb as a small, mindful brand. Your support in helping us reduce waste means everything.
Return shipping depends on whether the Free Return & Exchange Upgrade was selected at checkout.
- If the Free Return & Exchange Upgrade was selected: Your return shipping label will be provided to you at no cost.
- If the Free Return & Exchange Upgrade was NOT selected: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.
Please note that returns sent without tracking may be difficult to locate and process.
To keep things fair for everyone, we reserve the right to reject or delay returns if:
- Items arrive after the 14-day return shipping window
- The tracking number was never provided to us after shipping
- Items show signs of wear, use, or damage
- The return was not approved or is missing the RMA and return slip
If your item appears used or requires manual inspection, a $10 service fee may apply. We'll notify you before proceeding.
