United States Sizing Notes:

• Our bedding sizes do not follow traditional US sizing. Size up for extra drape.
• For Queen beds, we highly suggest the large size for the extra drape.
• For King mattresses, a flat sheet is recommended as fitted sheets may be snug.
• If your mattress has a thick topper, check the depth before choosing a fitted sheet.

• If your mattress is in between sizes, choose a flat sheet for more flexibility.
• If your duvet insert is larger than our cover size, size up for a looser fit.

What if I have extra-large pillows?

• We offer one standard pillow cover size (20" x 30"). If you need a larger size, consider purchasing individual pillowcases or Ever Lasting pillows for the best fit.

How do I know if I should size up or down?

• If you prefer an oversized, draped look, size up.
• If you want a more standard or snug fit, follow the chart measurements.
• For thick mattresses with toppers, check the depth before choosing fitted sheets.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly from our studio in Shanghai, China and from our fulfillment center in Washington, USA. It is our goal to make sure our customers get their order in the fastest manner. This is why we ship using priority international. It is more costly for us but you are worth it! The current shipping time is around 4 - 7 business days excluding weekends depending on the shipping schedule at Fedex and UPS. Please note that customers are responsible for import tax if your country imposes. 

Processing Time

The current processing time is 3 - 5 business days excluding weekends (processing times for non US orders are a couple days slower than US orders)

Product vs Photo

Please note slight variations due to the manufacturing process and color differences may occur due to screen calibrations. Professional photos are taken in a studio setting. We always highly recommend checking out our Instagram for product photos shared by customers.

Return Policy

Please note that the return must be in its original condition (no signs of usage, this includes being washed, being worn or being stretched..etc) and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We are not responsible for the possible damage caused during the return shipping process. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Refund Policy

Once your return has successfully passed our inspection, you will receive a partial refund through its original payment method. This process typically takes about 3-5 business days excluding weekends to complete. Shipping cost is not refundable.

For original method refund, there is a 30% restocking fee which is subtracted from your refund as it is nonrefundable. This fee includes partial shipping, material, and labor costs that are associated with your order. These measures are set for our small business due to higher costs in production and to help reduce fabric waste.
