Here's a general guide to our loungewear sizing for your convenience:

• Size S/M - Size 0 - 4
• Size M/L- Size 4 - 8
• Size L/XL - Size 8 - 12
• Size XL/XXL - Size 12 - 14
• Size XXL/XXXL - Size 14 - 16

Most loungewear items are loose fitting and can fit multiple sizes. If you're unsure of your Ever Lasting size, it's best to size up. If you want a tighter fit, you can choose to size down.

It's recommended to check each item's product description for specific measurements, as some products may have unique sizing details.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped directly from our studio in Shanghai, China and from our fulfillment center in Washington, USA. It is our goal to make sure our customers get their order in the fastest manner. This is why we ship using priority international. It is more costly for us but you are worth it! The current shipping time is around 4 - 7 business days excluding weekends depending on the shipping schedule at Fedex and UPS. Please note that customers are responsible for import tax if your country imposes. 

Processing Time

The current processing time is 3 - 5 business days excluding weekends (processing times for non US orders are a couple days slower than US orders)

Product vs Photo

Please note slight variations due to the manufacturing process and color differences may occur due to screen calibrations. Professional photos are taken in a studio setting. We always highly recommend checking out our Instagram for product photos shared by customers.

Return Policy

Please note that the return must be in its original condition (no signs of usage, this includes being washed, being worn or being stretched..etc) and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We are not responsible for the possible damage caused during the return shipping process. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Refund Policy

Once your return has successfully passed our inspection, you will receive a partial refund through its original payment method. This process typically takes about 3-5 business days excluding weekends to complete. Shipping cost is not refundable.

For original method refund, there is a 30% restocking fee which is subtracted from your refund as it is nonrefundable. This fee includes partial shipping, material, and labor costs that are associated with your order. These measures are set for our small business due to higher costs in production and to help reduce fabric waste.
